Board of Directors Candidate

My current career goal is to serve on another excellent board of directors — either domestic or international.*

Board membership and/or service as a board of directors advisor leverages my relevant experience as a CEO, international management consultant, board member and lawyer. Also, I teach about board-of-directors issues, board governance and other board advisory matters — keeping me abreast of current trends affecting board dynamics and board members. (Currently working on a board governance case study for Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business — where I lecture as a Visiting Executive.)

For several years I have been a member of Direct Women, a prestigious nonprofit that "identifies leading women lawyers from around the country who are able to provide the experience, independence, business judgment and diversity required for board effectiveness and good corporate governance." In addition, the Business Section of the American Bar Association selected me as one of the top 20 female attorneys in the country with business expertise.

If you represent a first-rate organization seeking qualified candidates for an open board seat, I would welcome your communications via this site's Contact Form

Thank you.

*I proudly serve on the board of Boyd Gaming Corporation, a publicly-traded NYSE company. In this board position I chair the Nominating and Governance Committee and am a member of the Audit Committee.
