In 2004, I established SpadaforClay Group in response to requests for consulting services from clients with real business issues. Their annual revenues ranged from $20M to $700M – in general revenues too small to afford most of the major management consulting firms. So many requests were received – from repeat clients as well as new clients who heard of my work only through word of mouth – that we saw an opportunity to provide partner-level management consulting services to middle-market clients at a competitive price point.
