On May 9, 2015, Christine Spadafor delivered the commencement address at the 50th graduation ceremony for La Roche College, her alma mater. Speaking on the topic of “Agile Career Strategies For Uncertain Times,” Ms. Spadafor drew upon lessons learned during her distinguished career as a lawyer, board advisor, management consultant and entrepreneur. Ms. Spadafor encouraged students to be strategic and bold in pursuing career goals and exploring unconventional career paths.
“Aspire to develop an uncommonly effective toolbox of skills and capabilities. Then apply those tools boldly in the service of others — addressing the complex challenges where talent and commitment are always in demand.”
